Confirm COD orders before you ship them

An AI agent calls the customer a few minutes after they order, checks the name, the items and the delivery address, and writes what was said back against the order. Fewer parcels come back.

• It calls, you decide. If the customer gives a different address, it is shown to you to approve. Nothing on the order changes on its own — a parcel sent to a real but wrong address is worse than one that comes back.
• Only the orders you choose. COD only by default, fifteen minutes after the order, up to three attempts. Every order says why it was or was not called.
• Pay as you go. No monthly fee. Credits are taken only when the customer actually answers — a call that rings out costs you nothing.
